Before and After: Laundry Room
When we moved into the house the laundry room was a hallway closet on the way to the master bedroom. With 2 kids it seemed like this hallway was always filled with laundry baskets or heaped with laundry. Since we wanted to remodel the master bathroom we thought it would be easy to turn the current hallway into an actual room laundry room and move the entrance to the master bedroom.
We wanted something softer than tile for the flooring since we often find ourselves kneeling in the laundry room sorting, folding, or switching loads. I had big plans for fancy designs which may come down the road but we opted for simplicity so we could get this finished as quickly as possible.
